Is RavenTracker anonymous?
Yes. The person you search will never be notified or made aware of your search. RavenTracker reads only publicly available Instagram data — the same data visible to any logged-in user. See our guide on how to track Instagram follows anonymously for more detail.
How recent is the follower data?
Data is refreshed approximately every 30–45 minutes. The first search for a profile triggers a live scan, so the initial result may take slightly longer.
Can I search private Instagram accounts?
No. RavenTracker only works with public Instagram accounts. Private accounts hide their follower and following lists. For a full explanation of what is and isn't visible, read can you see someone's Instagram following list.
How many searches can I do per week?
Pro subscribers get up to 20 searches per week. Each search that returns follower or following data counts toward the limit. Searches with no data (unavailable profiles) are not counted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. No questions asked. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and RavenTracker never stores card details.
